Leasing a STUHO Apartment A. Setting up a showing 1. Check out our website and figure out which apartments interest you most.

B. Secure your apartment
1. $250 Refundable Holding Fee. Pay with a credit card, personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to hold your STUHO apartment. 2. State ID or Passport. This process will hold your unit for 3 days risk free! If by the 3rd day you decide you do not want this unit anymore then we will fully refund your $250.00.
When you have put down the $250 please complete the following: DEADLINE TO SIGN LEASE: 3 days from the date you put down the $250 deposit. If student does not come into the STUHO office on or before the 3 day deadline, then the housing unit will no longer be held and the $250 becomes non-refundable. STUDENT1. Form 1: Complete a Student Rental Application (per student) 2. Form 2: Complete a Student Housing House Rules (per student) 3. Floor Plans: Names of students and rental amounts to be indicated for each bedroom (per group). 4. Student Application Fee: Provide a cashier’s check or money order in the amount of $40 made out to STUHO (per student). 5. Security Deposit: Provide a cashier’s check or money order in the amount of $_______ payable to: ___________ (per student).
PARENT6. Form 3: Complete a Credit Application for Guarantor of Student Housing Rental Agreement (per student). 7. Form 4: Notarize the Guarantor of Lease Agreement (per student). This document cannot be faxed or mailed to the STUHO office. Student must hand deliver this document.
Receive $50 for every 3+ bedroom apartment that signs a lease with us. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer so please spread the word about STUHO! Make sure you tell your friends to mention your name when they sign the lease!
