We want to bridge the gap, by exploring the endless possibilities of what you are learning in the classroom and tailoring that experience into one of our three tailored tracks.

• Track One: Operations Management
  • Opportunity to be mentor by one of our Community Managers
  • 12 Weeks Focus: Budgets, Accounting, Resolving Conflict, Negotiating Contracts, Landlord-Tenant Law, Mediating Conflict
• Track Two: Leasing and Marketing
  • Opportunity to be mentor by one of Leasing Professionals
  • 12 Weeks Focus:Leasing, Touring, Customer Service, Marketing Campaigns, Gorilla Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, Study Market Survey, Learn sales process of a scattered portfolio with over 150+ floor-plans, Conduct open houses
• Track Three: Project Management
  • Opportunity to be mentor by our Area Manager.
  • 12 Weeks Focus: Brainstorming Project, Budgeting Project, Planning, Executing, Learning Turn Process, Key Packets, Move in Packets, Creating Processes, collect data & make observations to create property enhancement plans.
